This notice covers the Eat On Pace website and waitlist. It does not cover the Eat On Pace app, which will have a separate privacy notice before testing begins.

What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
Like any website, the hosting provider processes standard request information to deliver pages and protect the service. The waitlist route uses your IP address briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions. Eat On Pace does not add it to the waitlist or retain it in a separate database.
How we use it
We use your email to manage the waitlist and contact you with updates and when we go live. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Resend stores the waitlist on our behalf. The site hosting provider processes web requests as needed to serve and secure the site. We do not send waitlist data to any other service.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist closes. You can also unsubscribe from any email you receive.
Your choices
To ask what waitlist information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, emailhello@eatonpace.com. We may update this notice when the site or waitlist changes; the date above will change with it.
